Vietnam assists Cambodia in communications

Khmerization's comment: This is a good news that has come out of Vietnam for a long long time. It might also be the first time that Vietnam has done good things for Cambodia. After years of pillaging and plundering Cambodia I believe that it is time for Vietnam to give something back to Cambodia. I hope that Vietnam's generosity would not come with any strings attached. ==========================
